When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and company name. This is used to create and manage your account.
We collect information about how you use MegaClaw — task executions, integration activity, API calls — to improve the service and provide audit logs.
Integration credentials (API keys, tokens, passwords) are encrypted with AES-256 at rest and are never exposed in API responses, logs, or the UI. Each tenant's credentials are fully isolated.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and up to 30 days after account deletion. Audit logs are retained per your plan (7–90 days, or unlimited on Enterprise). You may request deletion at any time.

We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We implement AES-256 encryption for credentials at rest, TLS in transit, isolated multi-tenant databases, and role-based access control. Full audit logs are available per tenant.
